csrss.exe

The csrss.exe file with the description of Client Server Runtime Process is a Microsoft Windows operating system's component that handles GUI shutdown for Windows 20 00, Windows XP, Windows 20 03, Windows Vista, Windows Server 20 08 and Windows 7. lsass.exe

0x0000008E (0xC0000005, 0x804AD302, 0XF7726B38, 0x00000000)

  • Failed Windows update or installation will leave missing/corrupt lsass.exe file or its related files. Reinstalling Windows may help solve this issue.     rundll32.exe

    spoolsv.exe

    svchost.exe

    The svchost.exe process is essential to your Windows as there are a number of services can share it in order to reduce system resource consumption, thus your computer will become faster.

    Because svchost.exe is used as a system process, some malware often uses a process name of "svchost.exe" to disguise itself. The easiest and the fastest way to check if the svchost.exe is infected by virus/spyware is perform a Windows Update.

    Click Start, All Programs, Windows Update

    When Updating Windows, you may receive the following error message:
    Application popup: svchost.exe - Application Error : The instruction at "0x745f2780" referenced memory at "0x00000070". The memory could not be "read".

    winlogon.exe
